WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zulumap.com and purchases from Zulu Marketing & Printing (“Zulu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, approving artwork, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. WEBSITE USE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, use automated tools to collect website information without permission, or use our content in a way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Zulu, our customers, or our systems.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, pricing, colors, and images accurately. Because computer and mobile screens display colors differently, the finished product may vary slightly from the colors shown electronically.

Product dimensions may have normal manufacturing tolerances. Images and mockups are provided for illustration and may include optional accessories or features that are not included unless specifically stated in the product description or order.

  1. CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

Unless otherwise stated, eligible custom products include design assistance as described on the applicable product page. Customers must provide the logos, wording, colors, images, and other information needed to complete the design.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all names, phone numbers, website addresses, spelling, grammar, dates, dimensions, colors, placement, and other details before approving a design.

  1. ARTWORK APPROVAL

Production begins after the customer approves the final artwork or design proof. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design and authorizes Zulu to manufacture the product as shown.

Zulu is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including misspellings, incorrect contact information, low-resolution graphics, design placement, or other details approved by the customer.

Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges, production delays, or the need to place a new order.

  1. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

By providing logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, wording, or other materials, the customer represents that they own those materials or have permission to reproduce them.

The customer grants Zulu permission to use the submitted materials as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture, and fulfill the order. The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials they provide without proper authorization.

Zulu may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, deceptive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

  1. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price in effect when an order is completed will apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Payment is required according to the terms shown at checkout or on the customer’s invoice. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and Zulu confirms the order.

Zulu may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, production limitation, or other circumstance that prevents fulfillment.

  1. PRODUCTION AND TURNAROUND TIMES

Production and turnaround estimates begin after payment has been completed, all required information has been received, and final artwork has been approved.

Turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Revisions, delayed responses, product availability, high order volume, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect completion or delivery.

Customers with a firm event date should tell their Zulu representative before approving production. Zulu is not responsible for missed events or consequential losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping offers and eligibility are described on the applicable product page or at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. Customers should inspect packages promptly and notify Zulu of missing, damaged, or incorrect items within the period stated in our Warranty Claim & Refund Policy.

Zulu is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, a carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance with eligible carrier claims.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Custom and personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer and generally cannot be returned or resold because of a change of mind.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the status of design and production. Once artwork has been approved or production has begun, an order may not be canceled or refunded except as required by law or provided in our Warranty Claim & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds, replacements, warranty claims, and remedies are governed by the Warranty Claim & Refund Policy posted on our website.

  1. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Customers must follow the instructions and deadlines in our Warranty Claim & Refund Policy. We may request photographs, video, packaging information, order details, or return of the affected item to evaluate a claim.

Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, failure to secure outdoor products, extreme weather, unauthorized alterations, normal wear, accidents, or use contrary to product instructions may not qualify for warranty coverage.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers may be limited by date, product, quantity, or customer eligibility. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used after expiration.

Zulu may modify or end a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Orders completed before a promotion begins do not qualify for the later promotional price.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Zulu name, logos, website design, original graphics, photographs, written content, and other Zulu-created materials are owned by or licensed to Zulu and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use Zulu-owned content without written permission.

  1. CUSTOMER PHOTOS AND PORTFOLIO USE

Unless a customer requests otherwise in writing, Zulu may photograph completed products and display nonconfidential finished designs in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.

Zulu will not claim ownership of a customer’s underlying trademarks or original brand materials. Customers may contact us before production if their order is confidential or should not be displayed.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and Shopify. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Zulu is not responsible for the content, availability, or independent actions of third-party websites or services.

  1. DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Except for warranties expressly stated in writing, Zulu disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zulu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, missed events, or loss of goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Zulu’s total liability relating to a product, service, or order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product, service, or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to defend and indemnify Zulu from claims, losses, or expenses arising from the customer’s unlawful website use, violation of these Terms, or use of artwork or other materials that the customer did not have the right to provide.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires another location or process.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Zulu may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Terms applicable to an existing order will not be materially changed after purchase except where required by law.
