What is your turnaround time on these materials?
Our turnaround time is 10-14 days after artwork approval (on all products except for can coolers, which have a 3-4 week turnaround).
While we cannot expedite shipping at this time, we are able to expedite production if needed. This would cut production time by 3 days. If this is something you are interested in, please talk to your marketing specialist to go over details.
What are your tents made of?
All of our tents are professional grade. They include a 40mm Aluminum Hexagonal Frame and 600 Denier Polyester Urethane Tent Top/Walls. They are flame retardant, water resistant, UV resistant, and fully dye-sublimated. We're proud to offer some of the most competitive prices on the market for the quality of materials.
What tent size should I choose for my event?
The right tent size depends on your event type and expected attendee count:
10' x 10' tents are perfect for small gatherings, farmers markets, craft fairs, or solo vendor setups. They comfortably accommodate 8-12 people standing or 4-6 people seated.
10' x 15' tents work great for corporate booths or small business showcases. They can handle 15-20 people standing or 8-10 people seated.
10' x 20' tents are ideal for larger events, trade shows, or when you need extra space for displays and equipment. They accommodate 25-35 people standing or 12-16 people seated.
How much space do I actually get with each tent size?
Here's the breakdown of usable space:
- 10' x 10' = 100 square feet of coverage
- 10' x 15' = 150 square feet of coverage
- 10' x 20' = 200 square feet of coverage
Remember to account for table space, product displays, and walking room when planning. A good rule of thumb is to reserve about 30% of your tent space for movement and setup, so your actual display area will be smaller than the total coverage.
Do you provide a rolling bag for the tent?
Yes! All of our tents come with acomplimentary rolling bag.
Do you design the materials?
Yes! We take your logo or brand graphics that are already made and format them to our products with the addition of brand colors and written information. We can also add photos, background patterns, or additional graphics if they are provided or specifically requested. In those cases, we make use of stock photos or graphics.
You are also welcome to put together your own designs using our product templates. Please see our design services for more details!
Do you design logos or custom illustrations?
No, logo design and custom illustrations are not part of our design services. We will make use of the graphics you provide to us or stock graphics.
How long does the design process take?
The time it takes to design the products can vary depending on the complexity of the design, your ability to provide the correct type of graphic files, and the amount of revisions needed. On average, designs are usually completed with 2-4 business days.
Do I get to see the final artwork before it begins printing?
Of course! We never send anything to production without your full approval.
Can I buy just the top for the tent if I already have the frame?
Yes, but please note that our tops are designed specifically for 40mm Aluminum Hexagonal Frames. We cannot guarantee that the tops will perfectly fit other styles of frames.
