What is your turnaround time on these materials?
Our turnaround time is 12-14 days after artwork approval!
What are your tents made of?
All of our tents are commercial grade. They include a 40MM Aluminum Hexagonal Frame and 600 Denier Polyester Urethane Tent Top/Walls. They are flame retardant, water resistant, UV resistant, and fully dye-sublimated. We’re proud to offer some of the most competitive prices on the market for the quality of materials.
Do you provide a rolling bag for the tent?
Yes! All of our tents come with a complimentary rolling bag.
Do you design the materials?
Yes! We take your logo or brand graphics that are already made and format them to our products with the addition of the brand colors and written information. We can also add photos, illustrations, or additional graphics if they're provided or if they are specifically requested. In those cases, we make use of stock photos or graphics.
Do you design logos or cartoon illustrations?
We occasionally design logos and cartoon illustrations, however it is not included in our free design service.
How long does it take to design the products?
The time it takes to design the products can vary depending on the complexity of the design or the amount of revisions needed, but on average designs are usually completed within 2-4 days.
Do I get to see the final artwork before it begins printing?
Yes! We never send anything to production without your full and 100% approval.
Can I buy just the top for the tent if I already have the frame?
Yes, but please note that our tops are designed specifically for 40MM Aluminum Hexagonal Frames. We cannot guarantee that the tops will perfectly fit other styles of frames.
